Sligo Knights of Columbanus launch book to mark 100 years
New publication unveiled during centenary celebrations, featuring a weekend of events including a gala ball, masses, and tours for members from across Ireland's 32 counties

Sligo’s Knights of Columbanus have launched a publication to celebrate the founding of the organisation 100 years ago, at a function in the Sligo Park Hotel on Friday night.
The 128 page book, ‘The Knights of Columbanus - 1924-2024 CK25 Sligo - a Centenary Occasion’ opens a valuable window into the 32 county organisation which has 2,500 members nationally from all walks of life and around 70 members in the Sligo region.
