【投稿】投稿に際して、入会する必要がありますか。

和文論文誌4誌（電子情報通信学会論文誌A、B、C、D）、英文論文誌4誌（IEICE Trans. Fundam., IEICE Trans. Commun., IEICE Trans. Electron., IEICE Trans. Inf. ＆Syst.）、及びIEICE Communications Express（ComEX）については2021年4月1日から、IEICE Electronics Express (ELEX)については2021年6月1日から、非会員の方でも投稿が可能になりました。
Nonlinear Theory and Its Applications, IEICE (NOLTA) については従来から投稿可能です。
会員と非会員では、掲載料に差がありますので、詳細は投稿のしおりをご覧下さい。

レター誌であるComEXとELEXを除き、内容が明らかに良く会員に有益で、著作権上問題がなければ国際会議発表論文との差分は求めておりません。
（ただし、査読があるものについては、脚注や参考文献欄において適切に引用して下さい。）

【投稿】他の出版物に掲載された図（他人のものも含む）を本会へ投稿する論文に利用したい場合は、どうすればよいでしょうか？

著作権法で正当な範囲において引用することは認められています。
一般に引用するには、引用の範囲は必要最小限であり、その範囲が明確に分かるようにすること、出所（記載例：著作者名、書名（題号）、雑誌名、巻、号、ページ、発行年など）を明記することなどが必要とされています。
適法な引用の範囲を超えると思われる場合は、著作権者の許諾を得て下さい。
なお、利用許諾の手続きに関しては、著作権を保有している出版社や学会によって異なりますので、該当の著作権者にお問合せ下さい。

【掲載】採録決定後、どのくらいで掲載されますか？

本会では、早期公開を導入しておりますので、採録後、掲載料のお支払いが確認でき次第、一週間ほどでオンライン上で公開しております。
論文の出版日は早期公開版の公開日となります。
