In Brazil, Huawei and Ramo accelerate business success
(Oct. 2024) Ramo Sistemas, an enterprise software company based in Brazil, helps SMEs optimize their tech.
Its co-CEO, Dave Lafer, says that switching over to Huawei Cloud has delivered some big advantages to their business – and their customers.
“The quality of the resources improved a lot,” Lafer told Huawei Editor-in-Chief Gavin Allen in a recent Transform Talks. “We have a faster environment now. Customers can run the system faster than with the old provider.”
Lafer said that now, Ramo can deliver an entire end-to-end solution with Huawei Cloud.
SME customers want access to a range of cloud and AI solutions without having to set up their own complex IT infrastructures.
“Our customers are looking for productivity, reduced costs, and a better environment to run the system faster,” Lafer said. “But some SME customers are a little afraid because the technology is moving fast, and they can't keep up. Under those circumstances, it can be hard to make the necessary investments. They need a system to control their costs. They’re looking to AI to accelerate their business.”
