What about consistency between failed transaction and before repairFailedTransaction in mongodb adapter? #83

In case of a event add failure (after the transaction is added but before repairFailedTransaction), clients would read from an inconsistent event stream; this can lead to inconsistent application state witch can have unpredictable consequences.

If the read is performed via this library's functions, it will be condistent
