Describe the bug
Asset Processor shows a lot of errors on opening a default project. See the attached screenshot.

Assets required
Default project.

Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install the O3DE.
  2. Change permissions of the scripts folder, which are incorrect due to a bug in the installer script.
  3. Create the default project.
  4. Build a default project.
  5. Open the default project.
  6. Wait for the Asset Processor to complete all its jobs.
  7. Open the Jobs tab of the Asset Processor.
  8. See the list of items with red status.

Expected behavior
No error statuses in the list.

Actual behavior
Error statuses in the list.
