I'm not a noob or nothing like that then I'm not a developer.
I used Intel Power Gadget for long time and for me it was enough.
Now Intel want me to use this, it explain it in his site with screenshot and so then it wont provide any executable for Windows and it just link this github.
Maybe it's me, then here I can't find any Windows executable.
So what can I do to use this program in Windows considering I don't need to build apps by myself especially in Windows and the use of this program is advised by Intel?
Thank you!

I didn't had a lot of time for this. Then, Intel, there are binary for many important Linux distros and for Windows users just screenshots of Visual Studio builds? What's the sense of this? It makes no sense to me! The large majority of high end Intel cpus users are Windows users, usually gamers, and why they don't deserve to have a compiled exacutables like for many other Intel utilities considering Intel just pretty much sell the majority of this cpus to us?
