We're going to ship a number of SIMs out of the box, it makes sense for some of those to be enabled OOTB like user/key, command and file copy as they're designed to be explicitly very generic. Then there will be others, whether shipped by default or as a third party plugin that make sense to not enable by default.

The admin cli should have options to do at least the following:

  • List the plugins that are currently available, both built in and third party and their enable/disable status
  • Enable one of the SIMs in the list
  • Disable one of the SIMs in the list
