For some environments there may not be the ability to contact the default manufacturer specified rendezvous service via either DNS or IP due to constrained or air gaped networks. In these networks we should be able to do local DNS and by being able to query a DNS service record we could have dynamic discovery of rendezvous services for onboarding without local device changes.

NB this shouldn't need changes to the upstream protocol but it should be considered.
