• I have searched the existing issues, and I could not find an existing issue for this bug

Current Behavior

We have a number of bugs related to unexpected behavior due to the complexity in handling case sensitivity and quoting. This ticket will track our analysis / map out next steps to address this holistically.

Expected Behavior

Users aren't constantly tripped up by this.
