Ignition fails while trying to retrieve config from VirtualBox, leading to fatal error at stage fetch-offline:
failed to fetch config: fetching VirtualBox guest property "/Ignition/Config/Encoding": no such file or directory

It doesn't make difference whether the property is actually present or not.

Emergency console doesn't show the device /dev/vboxguest as present.

Environment

Host OS: Windows 11 with HyperV
VirtualBox 7.1.4

Expected Behavior

Ignition successfully detects running VirtualBox, and continues to work even when the property is missing

Actual Behavior

Ignition fails, which results in a system not working

Steps to Reproduce

Create an empty VirtualBox VM, and try to install system from SL-Micro.x86_64-6.0-Default-SelfInstall-GM2.install.iso
I understand that's a bit hard to reproduce, I'll try with something else if given some pointers on which image I can use...
