Description

• Turn off monitoring in staging env
• Set sampling to 10% for distributed tracing
• Set sampling to default 10k (down from 30k) for log forwarding
• Increase transaction threshold to 4 seconds from 2 seconds
• Increase stack trace threshold from 0.5 seconds to 4 seconds
