Description

Add safeguards so that working hours does not get stuck in endless loop but maintains working condition. Please instruct on how to best test this change.

Fixes #10353

Hey @honzasterba can share the data that can be used to reproduce this issue, also it would be great to add tests to nextAvailabilityTime.spec.js for this case which would cause an endless loop.

What format would you like the data in? What data exactly? I believe the bug description contains everything needed to reproduce the bug.

@honzasterba Thanks for raising this PR! I pulled it locally for testing, and while it does fix the infinite loop issue, I noticed that it causes the widget to break and throws some errors (see the attached screenshot). Let me know if you need any help with this!.
