Hello Chatwoot Team,

I'd like to request the following features to improve multi-channel support:

Choice Buttons and Dropdown Menus: These work on WhatsApp (Cloud API) but not on Messenger (Instagram/Facebook). Extending support would be very helpful.

Cards and Carousels: These are not supported on WhatsApp or Messenger. Adding support would greatly improve conveying structured information.

Campaign Messages for WhatsApp and Messenger: Currently, there's no option to use these channels for campaigns, likely due to messaging restrictions. It would be great to use pre-approved templates for campaigns.
