  • Default to one step like now
  • Can click to add another step
  • Each step can have a picture

Phase 1 is in #115. Intent is to convert the back end to multi-step while presenting the existing UX. Phase 2 will be to add the UI for handling multiple steps. Phase 3 would likely then be to add the ability to associate an image with each step.
