Describe the bug
After testing in TEST and PROD, I can confirm that the “High Priority” button on the WORK Modal does not display as OFF after it is switched to ON and saved.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any WORK modal in EPIC.track
2. Switch the WORK to “High Priority” by clicking on the High Priority button
3. Save the WORK
4. Reload the All Work page and reopen the WORK modal to ensure that the results have been saved
5. Click to turn off High Priority
6. Note that the button stays blue (active)
7. If you have clicked the High Priority button an ODD number of times, click the “Save” button
   a. Reload the All Work page and reopen the WORK modal to check if the WORK is not High Priority
   b. The modal is registering that High Priority is OFF but still shows it as ON
8. If you have clicked the High Priority button an EVEN number of times, click the “Save” button
   a. Reload the All Work page and reopen the WORK modal to check if the WORK is marked as High Priority

In the background the High Priority button is reacting as it should, but the display never shows the button going back to the OFF state once saved in the ON position.
