The GH Actions workflow that was publishing the binaries, https://github.com/apitrace/apitrace.github.io/actions/workflows/static.yml , was disabled due to lack of activity on that repo, as all activity happens on this repo.

I've manually re-enabled the workflow it now, but this will happen again. Normally GH sends notifications, but I didn't get it.

I'll need to figure out a way to prevent this from happening, perhaps by triggering the site upload workflow from the code build workflow...
