What are the steps to reproduce this bug?

when I add the app icon (or any widgets) to my android phone home screen, it will disseapear eventually. sometimes immediatley, sometimes after an ahour. I;m not doing anything weird like uninstalling it.

app works fine other than that. This does not occur on any other apps
