I would like to ask if It is possible to change the maximum altitude and speed of an aircraft (ex. the default B738). I noticed they are capped at around FL370 and their max speed is tied to the altitude which will be in the range of 2xx-3xx knots (in TAS). Would it be possible to raise it to FL390-FL450 with a max speed in the range of 4xx~5xx knots? Is this where it can be adjusted?
Kind regards,
