The drag and drop for notes currently does not always work flawlessly. This is because the application needs to decide whether a click is for opening a note, or for drag&drop. If a user clicks and does not hold the mouse very calmly, drag&drop won't succeed.

I have the impression that drag & drop works better in the "Layout" tab of the designer.
Maybe, we also want to use a "grip surface" icon (like mdi drag or drag-vertical) for notes.

I think there should be enough space on the left hand side of the titles.
