Users reported that instead of clicking the "Save" button, they click the "Resolve" icon, which makes a new comment disappear as resolved.

We should:

• Replace the tick by an outlined tick
• Hide the icon if the comment hasn't been saved yet
• Introduce shortcut Ctrl+Enter to submit comment
• Allow users to "unresolve" comments
