What is the current behavior?
When setting format on some column like, number type with "#,##0.00" it is applied only till end of defined range.
Is there a way to configure it for entire column, even bellow the range?

What is the expected behavior or new feature?
Have whole column be formated, so that if someone opens generated Excel and start inputing new rows they all have consistent formating.

PS one addition Q, does [XLColumn] Annotation attribute have parameter for the Format, seems not, and if so then proposal to add support for it.
