I'd love to hear advice on how I might be able to transform my plain, not too exciting exterior into an inviting home with lots of curb appeal and a backyard that is contemporary for relaxing, entertaining, and an area for my toddler to play.

I would love to hear suggestions about:

• Possibly changing the concrete in the front and backyard
• A play area for a toddler in the backyard
• What should I replace the wood chips with
• Maybe pergola at the backdoor entrance
• Any trees or flowers to plant
• Solar or low-voltage pathway lights

Definitely want to find something to really make our first house really feel like a home. We want to start making updates as soon as possible but we need help with a vision.
