A Day in the Life of a Fullstack Academy Cyber Student
You’ll get a full classroom experience with your classmates, instructors, and teaching assistants through a mix of live lectures, workshops, and team projects. Teaching assistants are available at select times Monday through Saturday if you need additional support outside of class.
No two days are the same, but here’s an example of what a typical day looks like:

The Full-Time Fullstack Academy Cybersecurity Bootcamp is 12 weeks with Monday through Friday classes. Be sure to make note of the timezone when choosing your class time! Classes take place from:

Your morning starts with a self-led review of notes and other learning materials to prepare for class.
You’ll receive live instruction from a Fullstack Academy instructor, followed by a real-time demonstration of each new tool, concept, or technology, plus a live Q&A.
You will then apply what you’ve learned in guided exercises and workshops designed to simulate real-world cybersecurity scenarios.
You’ll take an hour-long break offline to recharge and refuel.
For the remainder of class time, you can receive support from your instructional team.
Part-Time Schedule
The Part-Time Fullstack Academy Cybersecurity Bootcamp is 26 weeks. Choose between live online classes held on Mondays and Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays. You can also select the class time that works best for you in the application process. Be sure to make note of the timezone when choosing your class time! Preparation for the Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) Security+ exam is built into the Fullstack Academy Cybersecurity Bootcamp curriculum. You will study and test for this industry-recognized certification during your bootcamp program. By earning your CompTIA Security+ certification, you’ll demonstrate your job readiness to potential employers.

Part-Time students often continue working full-time while completing the bootcamp. Keep in mind, however, that there are 9 hours in class with an additional 6-8 hours of homework each week.
Full-Time students do not continue working due to the immersive nature of the Fullstack Cyber Bootcamp. By focusing solely on their training, they’re set up to thrive in the expedited 12-week training. Full-time students can expect to spend an additional 8-10 hours outside of the classroom on homework and assignments. You do need to provide your own computer for the bootcamp. It can be a laptop or desktop as long as it meets minimum tech specifications. We highly recommend Apple computers for our program, however, it is possible to use Windows with some modifications. You must have at least MacOS 10.15 or newer or Windows 10. Because the bootcamp is live-online, you are required to have a webcam and microphone in order to participate in class.
