Aldi's alcohol offerings for this holiday season are deliciously varied and, as usual, budget-friendly. This one is for wine lovers and features a whopping 24 miniature bottles of wine across all varieties — white, red, and rosé. It's one of the widest wine variety packs you can get and comes with helpful cheese and chocolate pairing suggestions. Of course, you could leave it to chance and pair this with a wine or cheese advent calendar, giving you the fun of 12 days of wine tasting and pairing. Aldi's Christmas ornament-shaped glasses come in a variety of designs and, at just $3.99, are a great addition to holiday get-togethers. The glasses hold about 13 oz and come with a cap and plastic straw, essentially making them sippers. You can have them pre-filled with cocktails and kept cold in the fridge to quickly serve to guests. The glasses come in red, white, and plum colors with straws that look like candy canes. Expect them on Aldi shelves from November 20 onwards.

Making all those boozy holiday drinks requires basic bar paraphernalia so you can throw cocktails and look like a seasoned mixologist. The Crofton cocktail shaker — a Boston-style tin — comes in gold and black colors and is a no-brainer for $9.99 if you've been meaning to get a shaker. Another $9.99 gets you the Crofton Bar Tool Set, also available in gold or black, which features a measuring cup, opener, long spiral spoon, strainer, and muddler. If the Wine Advent Calendar's 24 bottles are a bit much for you, the 5 Days of Red Wine is a smaller pack. It comes with 5 bottles of plonk, each 187 ml (about 6.3 oz), which is good for one person to drink or two to consume as tasters. The pack, which costs $19.99 and becomes available on November 6, contains 4 French and one Spanish wine.

If you're specific about your wines, Aldi's 5 Days of Cabernet Sauvignon is perhaps a better option. It also comes with 5 bottles of 187 ml (about 6.3 oz) each, but they are all Cabernet Sauvignons. The red wines are all from France and are perfect for wine tasting. At $19.99, they are also great value for money and you can pick these up, like the others, from November 6 onwards at select Aldi outlets.
