Sans-Serif Fonts

Sans serif fonts are typefaces that do not have the small projecting features called “serifs” at the end of strokes. The term “sans-serif” is French for “without serifs”. Designers know sans-serif fonts for simplicity, clarity, and modern appearance. Sans serifs tend to have more uniform line widths than serif fonts.  Designers point out uses for both headings and other large blocks of text as simplicity and readability are of utter importance, as well as small sizes, as their clean, simplified shapes are easier to read at small sizes than more decorative serif fonts.

Fontfabric offers different styles of sans-serif fonts, ranging from formal and traditional to bold and contemporary.
