Amir provided a lot of good information about the panel, microinverter, racking, net metering. time lines of the whole processes, warranty and best of all, the price quote. The price quote was competitive to others but unlike other salepersons, Amir talked to me as if am his friend. He gave me the confident to go ahead to the next steps. That night, I spoke to my wife to get the ok to move forward. My wife loved the offer but did not want to go through with it due to our ages. We will only benefit if we can lives for another 15 yrs. We had Nedes out last fall to provide us with some information on solar panels. Shortly after, we had another company come out for a comparison. Nedes blew that other company out of the water. They seemed so much more knowledgeable, explained what they were doing and why, and talked me through the process for about an hour and a half. The other company, on the other hand, gave very little detail and pressured me to sign an agreement that day. I felt like Nedes company values aligned with the values of the company I work for, and I appreciated that. It helped me feel comfortable working with them. Once I signed the contract, there were a few months of lag time to get the panels installed, but that was expected, and they were very upfront about it. My panels were installed at the end of January, so I've had them for about six months now. My energy bills are running somewhere between $13-26 a month on an all-electric house. I am very happy that I chose Nedes and that I decided to go solar.
