Who is this course for?

An undergraduate degree in a life science subject or background knowledge in molecular biology will be an advantage. You may want to look at the conceptual introducion 'Protein interactions and their importance' and Reactome: Exploring biological pathways, before taking this course.

  • Identify how to use Reactome interface to submit your own data for analysis
  • Visualize analysis results at different levels and formats
