UK Gender Pay Gap Report
We are publishing this report as part of a UK Government initiative that requires UK companies with 250 or more staff to publish data on their gender pay gap. Dow Jones International Limited, which is the London office of Dow Jones, falls into this category. The data in this report represents less than 10% of Dow Jones’s global workforce.
