COVID-19 Pandemic Response Oversight
What is Pandemic Response Oversight?
The Office of Inspector General is overseeing agency programs and activities related to the U.S. Department of the Interior's CARES Act funds and COVID-19 response spending. Our pandemic-related work - which is available in our report database - will ensure that funds are being spent to safeguard the health and safety of our people and lands. The OIG will determine whether the Department and its bureaus are effectively managing CARES Act funds and COVID-19 response spending through our investigations, audits, inspections, and evaluations.
