Kati: Digital Media and Project Management Consultant, co-founder of Developing Dreams
Kati loves creating things that haven’t been done before to make headlines and grab people’s attention.
She is a polyglot and polymath, with two business studies degrees (German BA and American BSc) and 20 years experience in PR, marketing, and project management working for UK charities, international development agencies, professional associations, digital marketing and web development agencies, public sector bodies, a major news corporation.
Some of the larger companies she has managed projects for include BBC, Bacardi, Barilla, EDF, Internet Matters, M&S Bank, HSBC, M&S Retail, Smiths Medical and the McArthurGlen Group.

She held journalists and producers at gunpoint to gain enough media coverage to win a PR Week Award, the Oscars of the public relations world. Thankfully, the guns were decommissioned and formed the stunning Tree of Life sculpture created by artists from Mozambique for the British Museum.
Ian: Creative Director, co-founder of Developing Dreams
Ian is the creative brain behind Developing Dreams’ best known projects including Break the Mould and Mini Brighton. He consults on creative ideas for immersive art installations, 3D scanning and 3D printing technology and emerging tech. His background is multimedia developer, UX consultant, graphic designer, photographer, and writer.
He honed his technical skills working as Head of Multimedia Development at the biggest selling Sunday newspaper in the UK, before escaping to the sea in search of creative inspiration, fresh air, and an elusive fish.
He writes about emerging technology, photography, 3D scanning, 3D printing, and anything else that fires his imagination. He is the author of a number of children’s stories. Ian is also co-founder and creative director at 3Dify, a tech startup and partner company of Developing Dreams. Follow him @3Dify

Rich: Developer and Artist
With more than 20 years experience working for agencies in London and Brighton, Rich specialises in building responsive, cross-device web apps. He studied art so we think that he secretly creates stunning pieces of code when he develops amazing digital experiences.
He has worked on projects for the BBC, Saatchi & Saatchi, EDF, Diageo, The Daily Telegraph, Sony, Ford, BT and the House of Windsor. Rich likes to push browsers to the limit, often using new emerging technologies in his work. Check out his portfolio.
He has collaborated with Developing Dreams on a couple of occasions – he designed the award-winning Mini Brighton exhibition stand and developed online game Cell Survivor for World AIDS Day.
His most recent project Looptopia, which is in public beta, uses cutting edge web technologies to deliver an immersive 3D music production environment, designed to encourage creativity and collaboration amongst young people.
Julia: Business Development Consultant and Project Manager
Julia spent a fair amount of time in the glamorous world of broadcasting. She has launched many TV channels in her life and has more than 20 years business development experience in the commercial and public sectors, including new media enterprise projects, startups, joint ventures and tenders up to £65 million in value.
Julia has worked for BskyB, Virgin Media, the Department of Health, Engine Group, Sony Ericsson, the IT and Telecoms M&A specialists Broadview Associates, and Carnegie International.
Her latest venture is The Mobile Consultancy Europe Ltd specialising in digital transformation projects, advising companies on freelance recruitment, building teams, and facilitating growth. Find out more about her on LinkedIn.
Dr Emilia Telese: Artist and Academic
Dr Emilia Telese (b. Italy, 1973, lives and works in Reykjavík, Iceland) graduated in Painting from the Fine Arts Academy in Florence in 1996 with a particular interest in XIV Century techniques, Arte Povera and social-based performance. She subsequently lived and worked in the UK for 22 years and holds an AHRC CDA PhD doctorate in Social Science from the University of Loughborough.
She has exhibited worldwide since 1994, including Tate Britain, the Louvre, Paris, the New Forest Pavilion at the 51st Venice Biennale (Venice, Italy), the Festival of Experimental Art and Performance at Manege Arts Centre (St Petersburg, Russia), Ars Electronica (Linz, Austria), the Freud Museum,London; and ZKM (Karlsruhe, Germany), among many other galleries and events in Europe, the USA, South America and elsewhere.
Her arts practice crosses traditional media with time-based practice, including interactive and body-responsive technology, painting, film and live art, installation, literature and public art. Telese’s work deals with conscious engagement, political and social debate, non-verbal communication and the questioning and deconstruction of behaviour.
