Rocky star Dolph Lundgren marries partner nearly 40 years younger than him

The Expendables actor tied the knot with personal trainer Emma Krokdal in a romantic ceremony on the Greek island of Mykonos, after being engaged for three years

Rocky star Dolph Lundgren has married his partner who is nearly four decades younger than him.

The Expendables actor, 65, tied the knot with personal trainer Emma Krokdal, 27, on Thursday (July 13) on the Greek party island of Mykonos, which they described as the "land of the Gods".

The pair got engaged in June 2020, after the Swedish actor — who starred as Soviet boxer Ivan Drago in Rocky IV in 1985 — popped the question to his Norwegian girlfriend, nearly a decade after divorcing from his previous wife, Anette Qviberg — whom he was married to for 17 years and with whom he has two daughters with, Ida, 27, and Greta, 21.

"We felt it was finally the right time to celebrate love, life and happiness— in the land of the Gods."

The star recently revealed he has been battling cancer for eight years, being first diagnosed with lung cancer in 2015.
