Managed Service Providers deliver critical services and support to Australia’s IT buying community but how are they perceived and what do they regard as the critical trends that will drive business outcomes in their industries in the year ahead?
This is the important question we set out to answer with the inaugural CRN State of the MSP report launching in May.
To understand the importance of MSPs to their customers, we began by surveying over 100 senior IT buyers. We asked buyers to assess and rank the importance of issues such as certification, specialisation and price. The most important quality buyers look for, as you might expect, is the support level provided by the MSP. But what does that actually mean in the mind of a customer?
To better understand this we also asked IT buyers to provide examples of their worst and best experiences working with MSPs and crucially what would cause them to abandon a relationship with their service provider. The results of this survey are exclusively available to those who register for the State of the MSP report.
The report looks at five MSP categories;
For each category, the report provides an overview of key trends, supported by a documentary featuring industry leaders discussing issues such as the drivers of growth for partners in their category, the evolution of customer expectations and the importance of vendor relationships in delivering the best outcomes for customers.
By delving into the pain points for both buyers and service providers, the State of the MSP report provides unique and actionable insights for partners and MSPs.
Pre-register today for the report to ensure you get immediate access to the data and the views of customers and industry leaders alike.
The CRN State of MSP Champions — Staff Domain, LastPass and N-able — have worked closely with managed service providers throughout Australia to ensure IT buyers are provided with the most appropriate solutions and the highest service levels.
We are proud to present the 2022 State of MSP Champions.
