Cloud marketplace Pax8 honoured its top-performing partners Asia Pacific (APAC) partners at its second annual global Pax8 Beyond Awards in Denver, Colorado earlier this month.
The global awards recognise partners and vendors that are "driving cloud adoption and providing advanced solutions that empower businesses worldwide," the company said.
28 awards were presented to partners and vendors for global, APAC, North America and EMEA categories during the final day of Pax8's Beyond 2024 event, where the vendor earlier unveiled a new AI-enabled marketplace for MSPs.
As the only Australian partner recognised in the global category, managed service provider (MSP) Gold Coast Information Technology (GCIT) took out the global award for Pax8 Social Impact.
Among the Australian winners in the APAC category, Melbourne headquartered managed security service provider KMT was handed the Peak Performance award, while Melbourne-based IT services firm Otto IT won the MVP Security award.
The MVP Infrastructure award went to Queensland-based MSP and IT consultancy Corp IT, and the MVP Operations award was handed to Townsville IT company ADITS.
Meanwhile, Coffs Harbour based IT support firm C3 Group snagged the MVP Continuity award.
Among the global awards, New York-based MSP Sourcepass was named Partner of the Year and Microsoft took out the Global Vendor of the Year award.
“The guiding light of Pax8 is addressing the needs of our partners and vendors as we fuel their businesses through our Marketplace,” said Rob Rae, corporate VP of community and ecosystems at Pax8.
"It is a privilege to celebrate the growth, innovation and success of our community through the 2024 Beyond Awards, and we thank the recipients for their continued partnership.”
