Brisbane-based cloud hosting and web development company ATech has been appointed to the Australian Government's GovCMS Drupal Services Panel (DSP), the company announced.
The appointment follows a thorough procurement and evaluation process led by the Department of Finance.
ATech is among the first group of new suppliers on the refreshed panel, which lists approved providers with the necessary skills to work with Drupal and the GovCMS platform.
The panel enables the creation of secure, scalable, and accessible websites for over 100 Australian Government agencies.
Drupal is an open source content management system (CMS).
ATech's inclusion in the panel will allow the company to deliver advanced Drupal services and innovative digital solutions to a wide range of government bodies.
The refreshed panel, operating under the Department of Finance, aims to support the delivery of personalised and intuitive services.
It promotes rich content experiences for end-users and offers simplified procurement processes.
The DSP provides a range of service categories tailored to agency needs, from skilled supplier support to fixed-price maintenance packages.
ATech specialises in systems requiring scalability, high availability, and robust cyber security.
The company has a track record of building and hosting websites and web apps for various levels of government, including Airservices Australia, Seqwater, and Brisbane City Council.
Sarah-Jane Peterschlingmann, managing director of ATech, said the company that she leads has worked with all levels of the government for many years.
"Being on this panel allows us to expand our delivery of secure, scalable and user-friendly websites that meet the evolving needs of the public sector," Peterschlingmann said.
She highlighted the benefits of being a prequalified supplier, noting that it simplifies the procurement process for government agencies working with ATech.
