In the last 12 months, ConnectWise has been hyper-focused on innovation as is evident through their automation solutions like ConnectWise Sidekick and RPA, which are embraced by MSPs to automate ticket handling. The company has differentiated itself from the competition with ConnectWise Asio Platform, offering generative AI-driven insights and seamless automation across products. Recently, the company announced Security360, a system that consolidates and standardises security data from various tools to provide MSPs with a comprehensive view of their clients' attack surface. By utilising this system, MSPs can optimise their security tools, enhance threat detection, streamline response efforts, and continuously improve their clients' security posture. ConnectWise Security360 aggregates data from different security tools and generates an MSP Security Score, allowing MSPs to assess risk exposure across their client base and identify areas that require immediate attention for remediation. Do you have a program or initiative to help partners achieve environmental or social outcomes?

ConnectWise is actively promoting sustainability in its channel program through the PitchIT Accelerator Program. Launched in 2018, this program allows ConnectWise to invest in and support its vendor partners within the ConnectWise ecosystem, benefiting IT providers. The annual PitchIT accelerator program, now in its 5th year, focuses on nurturing growth for startup integration partners dedicated to the MSP space. Selected companies receive comprehensive assistance through a 16-week business transformation course led by industry experts. This course covers essential areas such as sales, marketing, branding, messaging, and product security, while also providing guidance on crafting effective pitches. ConnectWise also collaborates with the chosen vendors through co-marketing initiatives, conducting webinars within the MSP space to enhance awareness, refine pitches, and share expertise with partners. Additionally, the program offers vendors the opportunity to showcase their integrations on the ConnectWise Marketplace, increasing visibility among partners. The top three finalists receive personalised coaching to fine-tune their pitch and have the chance to present their ideas live at IT Nation Connect in North America. As an incentive, ConnectWise awards $100,000 in grant money to the top two finishers, with $70,000 for the first-place winner and $30,000 for the second-place winner. It's important to note that these grants are not investments but financial support to aid the winners' endeavors. Applying to the program is free, and if accepted, there are no participation fees.
