Our community has 30,000 square feet of amenity space and 110 private two-bedroom, one-bedroom, and studio residences. Residences are leased with no long-term contracts and members pay a small, one-time Club initiation fee upon move-in. Residences are priced according to square footage and begin at $4,035 per month. The monthly fee covers your beautiful private residence as well as the perks of Club life, including:
