Litigator of the Week: Shout Out

Michael Rhodes, Brendan Hughes and Rebecca Givner-Forbes earned a spot on The American Lawyer's Litigation Daily Litigator of the Week Runners-Up and Shout Outs list for securing a product line saving trademark victory for Hailey Rhode Bieber and her companies, Rhodedeodato and HRBeauty, in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York. On July 22, the court denied Rhode-NYC’s motion for a preliminary injunction seeking to enjoin Bieber from offering her recently launched skincare line under the RHODE mark. 

The Cooley team advising Bieber and her companies also includes Joseph Drayton, Bobby Ghajar, Judd Lauter, Ari Lipsitz and Kayla Blaker.
