Ticketing
1.1. Personal. The Ticket is a personal, revocable license to attend the CNBC Event to which the Ticket relates. Capacity for CNBC Events is limited, and a Ticket is required to attend any CNBC Event.
1.2. Age Requirement. Unless otherwise noted in writing, all attendees must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of the applicable CNBC Event in order to attend. Where otherwise noted in writing, anyone under the age of twenty-one (21) as of the date of the applicable CNBC Event, must comply with NBCUniversal’s requirements, including presenting valid identification and securing a signed appearance release from a parent or guardian.
1.3. Acceptance of Terms by Guest. If you are obtaining a Ticket to a CNBC Event on behalf of a Guest, it is your responsibility to ensure your Guest is aware of these Supplemental Terms and accepts them. By obtaining a Ticket on behalf of a Guest, you are warranting that you have made your Guest aware of these Supplemental Terms and they have accepted these Supplemental Terms.
1.4. Non-Transferable Ticket. Notwithstanding the foregoing, your Ticket is non-transferable unless such Ticket transfer, assignment and/or substitution request is approved in writing by us. To request to transfer your Ticket, please check the event page for the applicable CNBC Event for instructions on how to do so or email [email protected]. Your Ticket will not be honored if obtained from unauthorized sellers. Your Ticket has no value, cash or otherwise, and may not be sold, resold, copied or exchanged under penalty of law. Your Ticket may not be used for advertising, marketing, promotions or any other commercial purpose, including, without limitation, contests, auctions, sweepstakes and giveaways without our express written consent. Any such attempted or actual sale, transfer or use of your Ticket invalidates your Ticket and revokes any license granted thereunder.
1.5. Payment Method. If applicable, the payment of any fee for a CNBC Event is due upon purchase of your Ticket. Unless otherwise noted, the total price of the Ticket is inclusive of any applicable sales or use taxes. Any and all other costs incurred in connection with your attendance of the CNBC Event shall be borne solely by you, and we are not responsible for any such costs. You hereby represent and warrant that any payment information you submit to us is true, accurate and complete and that you have the legal right to use any credit card(s), debit card(s) or other payment method(s) (“Payment Method”) used by you in connection with your Ticket purchase. By providing a Payment Method for your Ticket purchase, you expressly agree that we, our affiliates or a third‑party payment processor is authorized to charge the Payment Method provided at the time of your Ticket purchase and in accordance with any future payment dates agreed upon at the time of sale. If we cannot charge your Payment Method or if your Payment Method is denied for any reason, we reserve the right to deny you access to the CNBC Event.
1.6. No Refunds. Unless otherwise noted in writing, all Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Please note that if you do not attend a CNBC Event for which you have purchased a Ticket, or leave such CNBC Event prior to its conclusion, you are still responsible for payment. You and any Guest’s sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with a CNBC Event is to leave the event. Unless otherwise noted in writing, there are no refunds, credits or exchanges for illness, emergencies or any other unexpected circumstances affecting your or a Guest’s attendance of a CNBC Event.
1.7. Admission at CNBC Discretion. Certain CNBC Events are invitation-only. You may have an opportunity to request an invitation to attend such CNBC Events, but admission to attend such CNBC Events is subject to our sole discretion. Please note that requesting an invitation to attend an invitation-only CNBC Event does not guarantee admission. We reserve the right to exclude any prospective participant from registering for, participating in, or attending any CNBC Event, in our sole discretion.
1.8. Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, process and use your data, including your Payment Method information, and you acknowledge and agree that you and any Guest’s registration, attendance, participation in and/or access to a CNBC Event is subject to the terms and conditions of our Privacy Policy.
