"The Crew requires that a driver more recent than 14.6 is installed for Windows 7 and 8/8.1," Ubisoft adds. "Performance issues may arise when using inferior versions of the video driver (14.4 and below) on these operating systems."
They recommend one of the following video cards: NVIDIA GeForce GTX260 or better, GTX400, GTX500, GTX600, GTX700, GTX900 series; AMD Radeon HD4870 or better, HD5000, HD6000, HD7000, R7 and R9 series. They add that newer video cards could work as well but, again, they weren't as heavily tested. The same goes for recently released CPUs.

If you have a powerful PC, you'll be able to push the game's graphics with new visual options. A new trailer released by Ubisoft today demonstrates some of these specific enhancements:
The Crew was originally supposed to launch in early November. However, Ubisoft pushed back all four versions to December so they could do more polishing. They'll be holding a beta on PS4 and Xbox One from November 6th to the 10th. There won't be any additional testing on PC or Xbox 360.
