Several of our partners gathered together on Census Day 2019 to answer that very question, explaining why they're supporting the 2020 Census and why an accurate count is so critical to their organizations. “We’re all in this together,” said Arturo Vargas, head of the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials. “All of us are hurt if somebody doesn’t participate in the census. A fair and accurate census benefits everyone.”
