The Mission of the Community Services Board is to provide a comprehensive quality system of mental hygiene services including Mental Health, Alcohol and Substance Abuse, and Developmental Disabilities which is responsive to consumers, their families, other agencies, the judicial system, and the taxpayer. The CSB develops community resources, programs, and services for the mental hygiene needs of Cayuga County residents.
New York State Mental Hygiene Law requires each Local Government to have a Community Services Board. The CSB has separate subcommittees for Mental Health, Alcohol and Substance Abuse, and Developmental Disabilities.
