The Nov. 19 show continued the build to next month’s Deadline PLE with Iron Survivor qualifiers and a big Chase U angle that involved the NXT champ.

Sean Rueter has been thinking too much about pro wrestling since at least WrestleMania I, and blogging about it for SBNation & Cageside Seats since around WrestleMania 28.

The ratings and viewership data are in for the Nov. 19 episode of WWE NXT on The CW.

According to Wrestlenomics, the show averaged 672,000 viewers and scored a 0.19 rating among 18-49 year olds. Both are up from the previous week. The total audience was nearly 6.5% bigger than Nov. 12’s, and the demo rating was up almost 19%. It was the show’s biggest audience since Oct. 22, and best rating since Oct. 8.

NXT had the 12th highest rating of all Wednesday night’s original programming. Univision’s broadcast of the Mexico/Honduras quarterfinal clash in the CONCACAF Nations League quarterfinals finished first on broadcast with a .75 rating from 2.34 million viewers. The NBA game between Eastern Conference powers Boston & Cleveland topped cable with 1.7 million viewers and a .50 in the demo.

The build to Deadline continues next Tuesday, just days before Thanksgiving. We’ll see how that show does.

Here’s a rundown of NXT’s audience and ratings share of the 18-49 demographic over the past year:

* Aired on SyFy
** Moved to broadcast network The CW effective this date
*** Aired outside its normal Tuesday night primetime slot
