Megan Fox Announced Her Pregnancy With Two Edgy Manicures

Megan Fox is pregnant! The actor announced the news over the weekend on Instagram with an edgy photo of the star covered in black sludge showing off her bump (very Megan Fox). In true Fox fashion, the photo was part of Machine Gun Kelly's "November" music video, and is her first post back on social media in months. Of course, she announced the news with a great manicure intact.

If you're new here, you might not guess that Fox is a manicure muse in her own right—she works with manicurist Brittney Boyce on cool ornate manicures that are often covered in gemstones or have hand-painted flames. For her pregnancy reveal, the Jennifers Body actor opted to put an edgy spin on the classic French design.

In her first photo back to Instagram after archiving all her posts, Fox is cradling her bump and covered in black oil or slime. Her long black hair is styled to appear wet and slightly wavy, with the actress wearing what looks like a soft glam makeup look. She captioned the post, "Nothing is ever really lost. Welcome back." It's hard to see her nails clearly, but she's wearing a matching black manicure with swirling chrome details.

In the second photo of the slideshow, a different manicure was front-and-center alongside a positive pregnancy test. Although the photo is in black and white, Fox's manicurist had actually posted a photo of the manicure earlier this summer on Instagram: Her long square-shaped nails feature a thick French tip with rounded edges adorned with large green and pink gemstones—it has all the makings of a quintessential Megan Fox manicure.

Rather than a traditional French, the shape featured ultra-long white tips with a slightly rounded edge and a square base. Usually the style features mostly a pink base and a thin white tip, but for Fox's take on the design, most of the nail was covered in white and was rounded off to reveal just a tiny bit of pink. Each nail was then covered in three shimmering gemstones in shades of pinks and greens, topped with a glossy top coat.

Fox will be expecting her fourth child, and her first with MGK. While we don't know any more details, in the meantime, we'll be wishing the best for Fox.
