BridgeClimb Sydney's 21st Birthday
BridgeClimb THROWS Birthday PARTY FOR SYDNEYSIDERS
Today, BridgeClimb proudly celebrates its 21st Birthday by throwing a party with the people of Sydney.
To kick off the celebrations, six original 1998 Climb Leaders together with BridgeClimb’s CEO, Chris Zumwalt, climbed to the Summit of the Sydney Harbour Bridge to sing Happy Birthday, cut a cake and enjoy the incredible sights of our great city of Sydney.
BridgeClimb greeted over 2,000 excited climbers on 1st October with:
- 1998 tunes in both the BridgeClimb base and at the Summit - think Outkast, Jay Z, Madonna and Massive Attack. Travel back to the 90’s with us by listening to our Spotify playlist.
- 21st sweet treats - complimentary ‘Harbour Fireworks’ chocolate from Darrell Lea, which once housed its chocolate factory under the iconic arches.
COMPETITION: CHANCE TO WIN THE ULTIMATE SYDNEY BUCKET LIST
To continue the celebrations throughout October, Climbers are also encouraged to post a photo of their BridgeClimb experience on Facebook or Instagram using #BridgeClimb21 to go into the draw to win the Ultimate Sydney Bucket List for two. The prize pool includes a two night stay at the Four Seasons Hotel, a Sydney Seaplanes trip, dinner at Quay, Lunch at Icebergs and much more.
We were also lucky to be wished Happy Birthday by a host of local and international celebrities including, Bindi Irwin, Olivia Newton John, Human Nature, Natalie Bassingthwaighte, and Nicole Scherzinger.
BridgeClimb Sydney is also proud to announce it’s had a makeover to celebrate its 21 years. BridgeClimb’s new fresh and contemporary logo highlights the incredible engineering of the iconic man-made structure it’s proud to operate on. Check out the new brand look via our Facebook or Instagram.
