Indigenous Ceremony Under The Bridge
Experience a warm and traditional Welcome to Country and immerse yourself in an Indigenous smoking ceremony designed to deepen your understanding of the ceremony origins, purpose, and significance to modern Aboriginal people. Learn how to walk on Country with respect, under the guidance of a First Nations tour guide, in the historic setting of Dawes Point Reserve/Tar-ra on Gadigal Country, right under the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge.
A CEREMONY OF WELCOME WITH A SCENT FROM OUR EARTH MOTHER
Feel the ancient connection to the land as you receive a blessing from dallawaladah, preparing you for your journey into the sky with the Burra Cloud Clan Stories. Engage with these living, seasonal Dreaming Songline Episodes, and experience the rich cultural tapestry they weave.
Your group adventure begins at the BridgeClimb Base, where a team member will escort you to the ceremony site, just a short 2-minute walk away. With stunning views of the Sydney Opera House, this unique cultural experience is the perfect pre-Climb add-on.
