ARRESTS — Arrested a 30-year-old man for gross misdemeanor third-degree DWI, gross misdemeanor driving under the influence, misdemeanor driving after cancellation and misdemeanor open package of cannabis at 10:43 p.m. Jan. 2 on West College Drive and River Road after a traffic stop.

Arrested a 27-year-old woman for a felony domestic assault at 11:03 a.m. Jan. 2 on the 100 block of Laurel Street after a report of a domestic disturbance.

Arrested a 22-year-old man on felony receiving stolen property, gross misdemeanor carrying a handgun without a permit, gross misdemeanor interference with an emergency call, misdemeanor domestic assault, misdemeanor disorderly conduct and misdemeanor property damage after responding to a domestic disturbance at 4:52 p.m. Jan. 1 on the 900 block of Fir Street.

Arrested a 67-year-old woman for misdemeanor domestic assault and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, 1000 block of Ninth Avenue Northeast.

Arrested a 44-year-old woman for misdemeanor shoplifting, 9:17 p.m. Dec. 31, 400 block of Eighth Avenue Northeast.

Arrested a 45-year-old man for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation inimical to public safety at 12:02 p.m. Dec. 31 after a traffic stop, 600 block of Oak Street. The man was transported to jail and booked on that charge.

Arrested a 47-year-old man on a misdemeanor warrant at 1:51 p.m. Dec. 30 on the 1200 block of Pine Street.

FIGHT — Responded to an assault/fight call and issued citations to two males for misdemeanor fifth-degree assault and misdemeanor disorderly conduct at 12:36 p.m. Jan. 1, 900 block of 28th Street Southeast.

ASSAULT — Responded to a report of criminal sexual conduct at 6:27 p.m. Dec. 31.

ASSIST — Provided an agency assist at 5:18 p.m. Dec. 31 on the 7200 block of Glory Road, Baxter.

DISTURBANCE — Responded to a disturbance at 4:17 a.m. Jan. 1 on the 1400 block of Maple Street regarding misdemeanor damage to property and misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

Responded to a verbal domestic dispute at 2:42 a.m. Jan. 1 on the 1500 block of Pine Street.

Responded to a party complaint at 11:18 p.m. Dec. 31, 900 block of 28th Street Southeast.

Responded to a noise complaint for loud music at 10:17 p.m. Dec. 31 on Karie Lane.

Received noise complaint at 2:03 p.m. Dec. 31 on the 400 block of East River Road.

CHILD MALTREATMENT — Report of child maltreatment at 2:27 p.m. Jan. 2 on Breilly Court.

BURGLARY ALARM — Responded at 4:20 a.m. Jan. 3 for a burglary alarm on the 500 block of Washington Street and there was the same alarm at 3:10 a.m. and an alarm at 2:10 a.m.

Burglary reported at 8:03 p.m. Dec. 31 on the 1100 block of Southeast 13th Street.

PROPERTY DAMAGE — Damage to property reported Jan. 1 on the 700 block of Southwest Fourth Street.

SCAM — Scam reported Jan. 1, 1200 block of Campus Drive West.

ARREST — Arrested a 42-year-old man for domestic assault, 9:50 p.m., Jan. 2, 13000 block of Cherrywood Drive.

Arrested a 32-year-old man for domestic assault, 9:21 a.m. Jan. 2, 6800 block of Medford Road.

SUSPICIOUS — Report of individuals sitting in a vehicle wearing Halloween masks at 5:47 p.m. Jan. 2 on the 7200 block of Glory Road. Officer checked on the vehicle and the masks were on the headrests. No one was in the vehicle.

Report of a suspicious vehicle at 5:17 p.m. on the 7600 block of Design Road.

Report of individuals smoking marijuana in a vehicle at 4:47 p.m. Dec. 31, 13000 block of Kingwood Drive.

Report of getting Amazon packages delivered to an address and mail but with another person’s name on them, Dec. 31, Lynndale Lane.

DISTURBANCE — Male was throwing rocks at a window at 11:32 p.m. Jan. 1, on the 14200 block of Grand Oaks Drive. The man told an officer he was locked out and was trying to get the attention of someone in the apartment.

Report of a disturbance at 2:22 a.m. Jan. 1 on the 6900 block of Lake Forest Road. Parties separated.

Verbal domestic between parties who left in a vehicle at 5:18 p.m. Dec. 31, 7200 block of Glory Road. Officers were unable to locate it.

THEFT — Report of shoplifting Jan. 1 on the 7200 block of Glory Road.

Theft reported of a compound bow valued at $400 at 2:13 p.m. Dec. 31, 14100 block of Dellwood Drive.
