New England ski resorts striving for affordability have introduced more ways for skiers and riders to save money on the slopes.
While some skiers prefer passes like Epic, Ikon, Mountain Collective, and Indy that allow entry to multiple mountains throughout the season for one price, others seek deals offered at specific mountains.
Ahead, check out some of the current deals at regional mountains.
Magic Mountain’s throwback card costs $129 and provides a 25 percent discount on every visit all season long, as well as a free ski day on the second visit. The card must be purchased by Nov. 30 and is only good for the 2024/25 season.
The NH College Pass gives skiers and riders access to Gunstock, Cannon, Cranmore, and Waterville Valley every day of the 2024/25 season for $399. There are no blackout dates. The price will increase after Dec. 1.
Jay Peak is offering a four pack of one-day lift tickets valid any day during the 2024/25 season from $279, which winds up costing a little less than $70 per ticket. There are no blackout dates or restrictions and the four-pack must be purchased by Dec. 2.
Earlier this year, Jay Peak was named the best ski resort in Vermont by Boston.com readers.
Skiers and riders can hit the slopes for $4 on Thursday, Dec. 19 at King Pine Ski Area in Madison, N.H. in celebration of Founders Day. The $4 lift ticket must be purchased online in advance.
What’s more, guests who book a stay at the slopeside Purity Spring Resort can score two free lift tickets per day during a limited-time “Ski & Stay” package available through Dec. 2.
Guests can get a four pack of tickets for $259. The tickets are valid any day of the season. The pack must be purchased by Dec. 2 and is only good for the 2024/25 season.
