Seth Shostack, senior astronomer from the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence (SETI) Institute told the Senate Committee on Science and Space Technology:

"It's unproven whether there is any life beyond Earth. It's unproven whether there is any life beyond Earth."

Dan Werthimer, professor for SETI at Berkley accompanied Shostack, asserted that scientists will find microbial life somewhere in the universe - guaranteed "close to 100%."

Werthimer explained that because of the infinite number of planets in the expanse of space, the law of averages promises that if SETI keeps searching, they will find life beyond earth.

Shostack added:

"The chances of finding (alien life) I think are good, and if [when] that happens, it will happen within the next 20 years, depending on the financing."

The senior astronomer for SETI said he does not believe,

"we are currently being visited by aliens [however] if we were, all the world's government would have to keep it secret. This is rare and perhaps misplaced confidence."

Shostack said:

"The pyramids were not built by aliens. The ancient Egyptians were 'smart enough' to have built them all on their own. I know that's a radical idea."

Werthmier said:

"UFOs have 'nothing to do' with extraterrestrials. When Jules Verne wrote about flying saucers, everybody started seeing flying saucers."

This SETI professor maintains that "before flying saucers, people saw 'angels'."

Ronald Breslow, an American chemist working with NASA Kepler project suggested in 2012 (Evidence for The Likely Origin of Homochirality in Amino Acids, Sugars, and Nucleosides on Prebiotic Earth) that if life were based on slightly different amino acids and sugars, then there would be dinosaur-like humanoids with our same level of intelligence and technologies out there in the universe.

Breslow maintains that dinosaurs would probably have evolved to become highly intelligent warriors armed with technology that would far surpass ours and weaponry that could leave no doubt over who was ruler of the universe.

Yet, their hunger for fresh meat would not be abated.

The chemist said:

"Of course, showing that it could have happened this way is not the same as showing that it did. An implication from this work is that elsewhere in the universe there could be life forms based on D-amino acids and L-sugars...

Such life forms could well be advanced versions of dinosaurs, if mammals did not have the good fortune to have the dinosaurs wiped out by an asteroidal collision, as on Earth...

We would be better off not meeting them."

Just before Breslow's revelation, Paul Springer, professor and spokesperson for the Pentagon suggested that an alien attack could be eminent and that the US military was discussing a plan of action if the supposition were to become a reality.

Whenever there are multiple avenues discussing the same theme, it begs for more exploration. And knowing how the US government keeps massive amounts of knowledge highly classified, with ludicrous explanations released as official stories.

Simply recall all the experts and professionals who found the official story of 9/11 implausible by the laws of physics and logic.

A person capable of critical thought would have to ask themselves:

is the US government subversively preparing the American public for alien disclosure in the near future?

Two years ago, Nick Pope, a former UFO expert at the UK's Ministry of Defense (MoD), warned that aliens could take advantage of the Olympic Games to strike an invasion against humanity.

Pope is preparing for the worst case scenario because,

"the government must - has planned - for an alien attack and invasion."

The Alien Invasion War Plan (AIWP) provides space shuttles, lasers and directed - energy weapons in "defense against alien ships in orbit."

Pope asserts that the international community, meaning the United Nations (UN), should be ready to respond.

This former member of MoD recommends playing video,

"games such as Resistance: Burning Skies on PlayStation Vita help acclimatize people to the reality of extraterrestrial life - and in particular that they might be hostile."

The UN Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space (CPUOS) is the international community's answer to a response agency for alien attacks.

Their official purpose is to facilitate matters of international concern within outer space, as well as deal with any legal issues that may arise from space exploration.

Their underlying agenda (The United Nations and Other Governances are Preparing for An Alien Invasion) is to 'prepare the world' for alien contact.

While the UN Outer Space Affairs (UNOOSA) denies that Mazlan Othman, the agency's director, is the official ambassador for Earth in future alien contact, the Royal Society published papers of a meeting that showed Othman participating in an expert panel discussion about alien life, contact, and even possible contamination here on Earth from extra-terrestrials.

Could 'Advanced' Dinosaurs...

Rule Other Planets?

New scientific research raises the possibility that advanced versions of T. Rex and other dinosaurs - monstrous creatures with the intelligence and cunning of humans - may be the life forms that evolved on other planets in the universe.

"We would be better off not meeting them," concludes the study, which appears in the Journal of the American Chemical Society.

In the report (A Likely Origin of Homochirality in Amino Acids, Sugars, and Nucleosides on Prebiotic Earth), noted scientist Ronald Breslow, Ph.D., discusses the century-old mystery of why the building blocks of terrestrial amino acids (which make up proteins), sugars, and the genetic materials DNA and RNA exist mainly in one orientation or shape.

There are two possible orientations, left and right, which mirror each other in the same way as hands.

This is known as "chirality."

In order for life to arise, proteins, for instance, must contain only one chiral form of amino acids, left or right. With the exception of a few bacteria, amino acids in all life on Earth have the left-handed orientation.

Most sugars have a right-handed orientation. How did that so-called homochirality, the predominance of one chiral form, happen?

Breslow describes evidence supporting the idea that the unusual amino acids carried to a lifeless Earth by meteorites about 4 billion years ago set the pattern for normal amino acids with the L-geometry, the kind in terrestrial proteins, and how those could lead to D-sugars of the kind in DNA.

"Of course," Breslow says, "showing that it could have happened this way is not the same as showing that it did."

He adds:

"An implication from this work is that elsewhere in the universe there could be life forms based on D-amino acids and L-sugars.

Such life forms could well be advanced versions of dinosaurs, if mammals did not have the good fortune to have the dinosaurs wiped out by an asteroidal collision, as on Earth. We would be better off not meeting them."

Abstract
Over the past century the origin of terrestrial prebiotic homochirality has been the subject of many speculations.

For life to start on earth and elsewhere, it is critical that the building blocks of amino acids, sugars, and nucleosides be created in predominant homochiral form.

Recent findings of a modest excess L chirality of α-methylamino acids in some meteorites that landed on earth have furnished an important piece of evidence. We have shown how these meteoritic components can furnish normal L amino acids, and therefrom D sugars and nucleosides, in high chiral excess under sensible prebiotic conditions.

Some important remaining goals are also described.
