Bee Pollen is one of natures most perfect foods.

It is the tiny particles of male flower seeds that are carried from flower to flower on the legs and bodies of bees in the process of pollination. The same magic dust which makes several hundred crops grow, also benefits our own health.

The miracle of mother nature cannot be made in a laboratory, either. Not one successful batch of artificial bee pollen has ever been made by scientists but that would be nearly impossible considering that bee pollen is tiny particles from literally hundreds of different flower varieties. If bees are fed man-made pollen, they die.

Pollen gathered from bees rather than from flowers themselves is the only true bee pollen.

Made up of 40% perfect proteinwith all the essential amino acids, just one teaspoon of bee pollen contains approximately 2.5 billion grains. A quarter of this is protein which can be used immediately by the body as soon as it is ingested. And while you should begin with small doses because a very small percentage of the population is allergic to bee pollen, most people feel rejuvenated and energized after continued ingestion.

Bee pollen is more nutritionally dense than brewers yeast or wheat germ.

It has been used in Chinese medicine for centuries, and helps prevent infectious disease, rebuilds blood, helps promote intestinal health, reduces sugar cravings anddrug and alcohol addictions, and even helps withdevelopmental issues in children.

Bee pollen is a natural antibiotic and contains,

  • a rich supply of minerals (59 different trace minerals)

  • vitamins (like vitamins A, E, C, K, D, B1, B2, B6, nicotinic acid, folic acid, and pantothenic acid)

  • carotenoids

  • hormones

  • enzymes,

...along with healthy fats and a perfect amino acid combination.

It is a true superfood that can boost health tremendously.

Science is slow inprovingthe benefits of natural substances. However, bee pollen has been used for centuries and hasreported benefits.

Some bee pollen benefits are:

  • Asthma treatment

  • Depression

  • Obesity

  • Inflammation

  • Digestive problems

  • Skin tonic

  • Cardio health

  • Allergy relief

  • Increased energy
