From new construction to consultation with renovations. We are a company that is committed to fulfilling and accommodating various levels of design. Becca Interiors strives to customize, re-work, and reinvent the nature of a space making it natural, comfortable, and distinctive.
The Lead Designer is a highly experienced interior designer, that is experienced in supporting and participating with a design team in creating functionally beautiful spaces for residential and commercial clients while using industry knowledge, design experience, innovative design concepts and creativity, all while keeping within the Becca Interiors aesthetic.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
To oversee projects under the guidance of the principal designer from all phases of design through installment, including but not limited to: CAD drawings, sourcing, procurement, scheduling, and negotiating.
Work directly with the team to create and present presentation boards to include CAD drawings, mood boards, FF&E, surface materials, color palettes, and lighting.
Work closely with our drafter to generate plan specifications based on client needs and contract requirements.
Provide design support and administration during completion and execution of design concepts.
Source and procure all furniture, fixtures, & accessories.
Manage multiple projects at once.
QUALIFICATIONS:
4+ years of Interior Design Experience with a design firm.
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field from an accredited school preferred
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of furniture vendors, finishes, materials, color selections, and specifications.
Knowledge of design requirements, construction methods and materials for high end residential environments.
Great ability to multitask, work independently as well as in a team environment, and continuing your growth as a designer by looking for new and exciting ideas to bring to the table
Must be extremely organized, detail oriented, with a strong ability to follow through
Currently residing in the NY/CT area
Reliable car, driver's license, and willing to travel.
Ability to help haul heavy samples and small furniture items during presentations or installations.
Familiar with D&D, A&D in the city, and local vendors in the area

DRAFTER & Renderer

The Drafter and Renderer is a highly experienced graphic designer, that is experienced in supporting and participating with a design team in creating functionally beautiful spaces for residential and commercial clients while using industry knowledge, design experience, innovative design concepts and creativity, all while keeping within the Becca Interiors aesthetic.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
To produce CAD plans and room renderings under the guide of the principal designer
Work directly with the team to create and present presentations to include CAD drawings, digital renderings, color palettes, and product design.
Provide design support execution of design concepts.
Manage multiple projects at once.
QUALIFICATIONS:
2+ years of drafting and rendering experience
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Autodesk 3DSMax and Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of finishes, materials, color selections, and specifications.
